Hi there,
I wonder is anyone could help. I had a pair of Keds shoes which I created and posted as a public product in my store on 28th October. I received a TBA and some comments on it. When I have looked today, the item has disappeared. There is another item identical in my 'in progress' products, but Zazzle have said that this one was never posted. I am almost certain that this one is a duplicate as I sometimes start creating items and then cancel them. What I am confused about is what has happened to my original shoes? I have no idea why they have disappeared from my store. I'm a little confused, annoyed and sad too because I got a TBA on them and they're now gone.
Can anyone help with this? I have had to re-work the 'in progress' pair and post those ones, but I have lost my comments and TBA notice.
Thanks for any advice received.

Are the original shoes still showing in your products in "my account" (formerly "my Zazzle")? I, and others have had a couple of things not show up in our stores when they were still in our products. I got mine to reappear by "editing" them without actually changing anything. Shortly they "re-indexed" and all was well.

Hi there. Thank you for your reply. I've looked in every section in 'My Products' under 'My Account', and the only ones I could find are the 'in progess' ones, unfortunately. I've had to re-hash those ones and submit them for approval again. It's all very strange. It's made me a bit paranoid now, I'll be checking my store every half an hour to see if everything is still there Thanks again, much appreciated.

they could have been pulled for copyright if not they should be there - there was 1 day were all the TBA notices disappeared in october if you are sure they were a TBA in oct - unless it was that day find the day they were TBA'd on and look for them

Hi there, thanks for your reply! They should not have been pulled for copyright reasons as the design is a drawing (floral pattern) that I made up in my head and put to paper. Unless the wrong item was pulled? All I do is drawings and paintings. But, surely, if something was pulled Zazzle would let me know? I'm stumped about what happened. I telephoned and emailed Zazzle and they just said that I could try re-submitting them. I checked the 28th October (when I received the TBA) and other products are there as TBAs, but my shoes are not The TBA messages form others are still showing on my homepage comments, but the link is non-existent. It's all very strange. Thanks again. Babs

you should get an email when things are pulled - but some email servers block them as spam and send them to the spam folder or do not deliver them at all.... sometimes just because you thought it up does not mean someone else didnt think it up too and TM or copyright it...which really sucks...or the glitch monster may have gotten it

He he... I like your glitch monster, he's quite cute I'm sure no one could have previously thought up and trademarked a big mad A4 doodle that I did out of my twisted brain... well, I certainly hope not! I'll check my spam.... no, nothing there. It must be the glitch monster then

By the way, Shopaholicchick, I wouldn't mind the glitch monster as a cuddly toy!

I'm having a similar problem. I had a couple of designs completely disappear. When you go to the product page for that design, it says there are no products. I did put them in there. When I re-did the products, and went to the page where you put the descriptions and tags, the description was already there. I then went into the products and pulled up just the ties. The original product was there. How can that be if there were no products created in the first place? So, for some reason the entire product page just vanished. I now have to go into all my stores and check to make sure they are all there. X-mas time is not the time for glitches like this.

I popped in to post a similar thread. Last night I gave out a link to one of my designs--which is on 52 products, all of which were definitely there when I copied the link last night--and a few minutes ago I followed the link and only 6 products were showing. I went into my account's page for that design and all 52 products were there. I checked several other designs and, of course, all of them were fine...only the one I'd given the link to--and was getting tons of hits--was affected.
Right now, it looks like they're all there again. But what happened?
EDIT: Now they're gone again. Only 6 items are showing.

Is no one else seeing this problem? It's still happening for me, but only for that one design--as far as I know right now.
That design is now stuck on 6 items when viewed as a customer, despite showing all 52 items when viewed via my account.
Should I bug report this?

It's happening off and on with all my stores. First it will say there are no products, but when I go to make the products, they will then show up. Very frustrating.

Hmm - this is happening in my new store as well. Since last week in fact, every product I have created has eventually disappeared.

Your products are probably disappearing because they are Twilight related. We aren't allowed to use anything Twilight related here, that includes designs, tags, product & shop descriptions.... You were probably emailed about it. Check your junk mail folder. Also, you need to read the TOS to find out what is/isn't allowed here. Copyright/Trademarked items/descriptions/tags are all off limits. For others seeing products while logged in, but not when logged out, do y'all have items in your shops rated above G? If so, that is why you can only view your products when logged in.

Nope, all my designs are G. It's not a logged in or logged out issue, it's both. I think it's just some sort of glitch.

Mine has finally--apparently--resolved itself.
