I'm very disappointed with Zazzle.( I don't want to talk with Rob Customer Support Team any more! but, when i send email always Rob answering mine.)Angry

Since Oct. 2011 I couldn't get my earnings( of course more than $50)
I sent email about. and they said;

'Because Zazzle is a US-based corporation, we are required by law to collect a signed IRS W-8BEN form for all Sellers located outside of the US before we can authorize payment on their account(s).'

I sent W-8BEN form. and in Jan 2012 i could get my earnings.

After that, in Feb 2012 Preview next payments shows ;

We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete. Update your Payment Settings.
You have a payment due, but we cannot pay you until you update your payment settings

There is nothing changed to be update with my profile info.
So, i sent email
what's wrong with this???

Again W-8BEN form? I sent W-8BEN form again.
(I was wondering do i have to send W-8BEN form everymonth???)

But, after that i couldn't get any answer from zazzle.

in march,my Preview next payments shows ; No rather than 15 Mar.
but,suddenly 15 Apr. and again it shows;

I can't understand at all. what's wrong with my earnings???

So, i sent eamil again but, the answer was same, so Again i sent W-8BEN form . since i sent 15 Mar. there was no answer.(for 2weeks)

so, i sent email again (30 Mar)
and the answer was there is no W-8BEN form ????? huh? OMG.
(But, i can see attached file W-8BEN form )

SO AGAIN I SENT EMAIL(31 Mar) BUT, NO ANSWER.

so sent email AGAIN (17 Apr.)

I'M SO SICK OF TIRED WITH THIS..
JUST HAPPEN TO ME??? OR?? since Jan 2012 I couldn't get my earnings !!

Today, I sent email with W-8 BEN form, again!
I don't know what to do with this..Crying

Are you sending it to the proper email address? zazzle-w8 at zazzle dot com

Or, you can fax it: 1-650-362-2199

I had to do it once (a long time ago) and it worked fine and I've not had a problem since.

This has nothing to do with this thread but wazoo tch your store is so beautiful. It is inspiring! I hope to make a custom store as beautiful as yours some day!

My form kept bouncing when I emailed it, and I tried and tried so many times with increasing frustration. Eventually I just posted it to them. They got it and it was all sorted.

I do see that your incident has been routed to the Zazzle Customer Support finance liaison. I see she has emailed you with specifics on why your account has not yet been cleared.

Once you provide all the correct paperwork she would be happy to get your account cleared for payment.

I sent tax form again in 18 Apr.

But, still it shows ; need update??? what update??

I'm wondering that you get my tax form??? or not? Crying

Did you try just clicking the update button with all the existing info still, there? I don't know if that will work or not but I had to do that one time before and it worked for me. Just thought I would suggest.

I am sorry that you have not been receiving our emails. We have tried to contact you on multiple occasions. We did receive your W8-BEN unfortunately it was not signed or dated.

Please make sure to do that and get us another copy right away.
