It appears some styles have changed, leaving me with 2 of the same iPhone cases in each design I put on cases. The Barely there and what used to be the "id" cases are now universal iPhone 4 cases. How is the best way to handle this? I am trying to reword in the descriptions what they are. I should have never done that in the first place.
Advice please?? thanks

My first thought is to set those duplicates to "direct only" and move them into another separate hidden category so they're out of the way. I had this same issue on a small scale and it's worked for me.

Thanks for the posts and we apologize for the confusion. As has been suggested, please hide the duplicates until they can be addressed by our product team.

Ok I have set the duplicates as "Direct only" as suggested by Lasgalen arts. Now I have to go and re do the descriptions of the rest which is going to be a long process...
Thanks everyone for your responses.

How do we know which ones are the duplicates and which ones are the original?

They look exactly the same. I did a search in my store for iphone cases and found them that way. They are the casemate ones. Hope that helps.

If youlook at this post;
http://forum.zazzle.com/news/casemate_update
you'll see this; 'Over the next week or so will move designs from the iPhone 4 Tough to the Vibe automatically, and will update all ID cases to the Barely There'
So I would advise to hide your 'Tough' cases until they are changed to the 'Vibe' model, I say this because they are currently defaulting to the 'Barely there' despite the thumbnail and description referring to the tough case, and if you have made both the tough and the barely there you will now have two barely there cases. If you have made any ID cases then you could potentially have 3 barely there versions of some designs. I just deleted the few ID cases I had made as I already had tough and/or barely there versions of the designs used for those.

Steve.

Oh so confusing I am thinking to hide all iphone cases except the speck ones while this gets sorted out. I have 100s to weed through. Crying
