So, wanting some tips from folks. How do you think I should handle store categories? On CP it's mostly sorted by design, and then I have a few other categories for things I think people might really want like calendars and puzzles. But so far here on Zazzle I've done it all based on product types. A section for keychains, one for puzzles, one for various types of bags. Should I keep doing it that way or should I sort them by design instead? Can you have one product in more than one section?
Can't decide which I think would work better. On one hand if someone is looking for puzzles it will be easy to find them. On the other if they see a design in puzzles that they want on a mousepad, it might be hard for them to find it if I have 50 different mousepad designs. But, then again if I have that design on a lot of different things it might still be hard to find the mousepad.

By design (or theme) is popular.
People say that since Zazzle already breaks things down in the search box and menu (by product), putting things in order of design is good for the store.
I have a wedding store and divide items for the bride, the groom, wedding party, etc., and then I have shirts, mugs, etc., under each of those categories as sub-categories.
If you have two or more identical products, you should put it in the one place where it belongs...a shirt under "shirts", but the design on the shirt may work on many other items.
