I'm sure this is a dumb question to some of you, but I'm sitting here wondering if I'm making a mess of my blog, Twitter, etc links if I move stuff around.

I don't think so since links are to the product itself, not its location.

no the link is based on the # at the end of the product ID - so changing the name or rearranging will not affect links

usually if you rearrange it does not seem to take immeditaly but if you come back in an hour it will be rearrangd
