Hi!
I am having trouble with changing my default royalty. I tried changing it yesterday and today but it's not working.

Hello, For the past five or six months, we have been limiting royalty updates on existing products to once a month. Currently, that happens on or around the 20th of each month. Please make sure to have all of your updates queued well ahead of that date. Updating your store's default royalty should be immediate. If you continue to have trouble, please contact support directly for help. http://www.zazzle.com/helpThank you. The Zazzle Team

I just had the same problem. I pressed the orange update button, and nothing happened.

It didn't change on the default royalty page, or you were expecting it to change on your products?

For me, it didn't change on the page. I know the products don't update right away. And I don't want to update my existing products, so I didn't check that box. I just want to change the default for future use. But the update button seems to be non-responsive at the moment - the page didn't even refresh after pressing it.

I too just recently attempted to make a royalty adjustment (several times yesterday) on my default royalty page. I understand the new royalty rate won't take effect until the 20th, however the update button did not seem to respond, or give any indication it applied or will apply the update. I also tried 3 different browsers and had the same issue...

I'm having the same problem. The "Update" button does not do anything. And new products I create I still have to manually type in the 'new default royalty' amount that I want. I sent in a question on the contact us page, so hopefully someone has an answer.

I had that issue too. I finally managed to get it to work in Chrome, it wouldn't work at all in Firefox or Explorer. And even with Chrome it was very slow.

Has anyone else been successful in changing their default royalty?
I sent Zazzle a "trouble ticket" on their help page about the issue and they respond with directions on how to request payment through Paypal...obviously an automatically generate response, which was of no help at all. Is there anyone getting actual help from them?

I've been having the same issue since last night. The orange "update" button just plain doesn't work. I tried it in Firefox and Chrome, and I tried checking and unchecking the "apply to existing products" box, leaving and then returning to the page, refreshing the page...nothing.
Also, in Firefox, the sample t-shirt price and royalty aren't calculating or showing numbers (they work fine in Chrome). The place where the numbers should be is blank.

I emailed the team last night and I just clicked on the link Z gives above. I hope we're all clicking that link. As you all know, tomorrow is the 20th.

Since the default royalty still isn't working, on the 19th, I went through 4 of my 6 shops and manually changed the markup for all my products. I just checked and the old markup is still showing.
It's the 21st. I just put in a question through the help link offered below. Hopefully, Z is just running late on changing the markup. Anyone else having this experience?
