Hi,

I'm trying to consolidate the volume bonuses of 2 stores. In my account I do not have the option on my volume bonus page. I have read online that for some reason Zazzle no longer does this. I have called support and they told me the same thing. I asked why, they said that they didn't know. I don't understand why they would no longer have this option.
Is there anyone out there that can help me?

Any help would be much appreciated!

The merging of accounts has been closed for almost a year. I do see you are currently in contact with support. They will provide you with more information.

Why the merging of accounts has been closed? I have 2 stores. One of my shop for a long time can not extract the bonuses, I hope for a little faster to get through merged. How can I get the bonuses fast?
