This is a question for those that have business cards for sale….

I'm debating how to categorize the store and the designs. In your experience, is it better to breakdown things by style (ie: minimal, grunge, arty, etc…) or by profession (ie: photography, law, health & wellness, etc…) ?

My second concern is wether or not to include temp logos. I'm currently stuck on how flexible to make the card regarding miscellaneous graphics/layers. It's always nice to provide flexibility in a design, but sometimes this can intimidate the buyer if its too much work.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :-)

Just love your store - so refreshingly neat and simple.
Re your questions: I personally don't sort by professions because the ones in the categories given to us don't cover enough of the areas I cover. - The design grouping is ok for me but with yours I suspect the professions grouping might be best. Try it out to see?

Your other question about temp logos.. .. I have had feedback that offering too many options and greater flexibility can indeed confuse and put off the buyer. In some instances I did put two versions - one very minimal customisation and the other more fully flexible. Not much help I know to your question, but I was quite surprised that people sometimes really just like to buy the finished article, apart from changing name and basic details.
