My sister, my mother, and I saw Zazzle advertising the necklaces on TV today on The Young and the Restless. We were so excited!
THANK YOU, ZAZZLE, FOR THAT PROMOTION!
It's a very classy ad pointing out the unique, one-of-a-kind gifts available here on Zazzle.
Jewelry definitely works for a show like The Young and the Restless, but we also think people watch for the decor of the assorted estates and upscale apartments. So, if we may, we would like to suggest that Zazzle do an ad featuring some of the beautiful artwork and home decor items created by some of the very talented artists here, like the boxes, pillows, and placemats, for example. Advertising the messenger bags as well as the necklaces would attract even more of those interested in fashion. Whatever attracts attention to Zazzle and draws people to the site to browse helps all of us, even those among the ones whose work may not be chosen for the ad.
Who knows, maybe the set decorators for the show might even come here to shop. Wouldn't that be exciting?
Anyway, again, thanks Zazzle for that ad.

Wow, cool. I never watch soaps though. Put it on during the Springer show so I can catch it.

Hopeful Romantic, left to my own devices, I didn't used to watch soaps, I watched * Cavett and Phil Donahue when you could call in during the show and talk to his guests, but my sister got me hooked on this one. I have my own little game I play with it, though, and my mother and sister now join in. We play "Don't Step in That Plot Hole!" and "Wow! Did That Character's Character Get a Jerk!"
Jerry, this is the first time I have ever seen a TV ad for Zazzle, and I've never seen anyone mention in the forum that Zazzle had ever run one previously. Because of the central location and demographics, central Ohio has a long history as a test market for a long list of products from a long list of companies, so maybe Zazzle is testing out the ad here.
As I said, it was very classy -- refined, upscale, and with a lot of white space -- which made it stand out in style from the surrounding commercials. The look of it definitely caught my attention instantly, even before I saw it was a Zazzle ad.

I know that no one from Zazzle has confirmed the tv commercials but there was another one today and we have it on video tape. Today's commercial was on Young and restless again. It was for Father's day. It talked about a one-of-a-kind dad and one-of-a-kind gifts. It showed the grown daughters picture on a mug and key chain.
