What's wrong with this site's shipping? It's the first time I make an order here and they said that the order will arrive at maximum 21 business days with standard shipping. My order was shipped at 17/03/2012 and it has been a lot more than 21 business days. And still nothing. I have sent 3 e-mails and I no reply since now.
So, I would like to suggest that if you want to keep your customers, answer your e-mails faster, or generally, answer them! In addition, I wish I knew that my order would make more than one month to arrive.
I am sorry but I am very dissapointed.

Did you choose a shipping method that allows you to track your package? If so , what information is it giving you?
Also, you should have received an email from Zazzle when your package was ready to ship. What day was that? If it was shipped out a while ago, perhaps it has been lost by the postal service.

No, I didn't choose that type of shipping method, so I don't know any further details. I didn't receive any e-mail back then. I just have a reply to a question I made that said to give it some time and to contact them again at 23/04/2012, which I did. As for the shippment, I know from the details of my order that it happened at 17/03...
Anyway I'll try the phone, I was trying to avoid it since I'm from another country and I may have some trouble at understanding. Anyway, thanks for the reply!

Products are all shipped from the US and international shipments due tend to get delayed. Sometimes they get delayed in customs. I've had that happen and I'm in Canada.

Also, remember that shipping times are from time shipped/not ordered. Some things take a while to create, others are made and shipped the same day.
search for "Zazzle Manufacturing & Turnaround Times " in the help section (accessible from the bottom of the page) for the manufacturing times.
Also - check your ACCOUNT/Order history tab to see when Zazzle sent the order out - then count the business days (M-F) from that date.

Although it appears this issue might have been resolved, I thought I'd add a note about my recent issues with shipping. My tracked package only had 100 miles to travel. Zazzle processed my shirt just fine, UPS picked it up just fine, they delivered it to my local post office just fine...and then it just sat there...for over a week.
Frustrating, to say the least, but it wasn't Zazzle's or UPS's fault.
Turned out the post office just plain (temporarily) lost my package. Even the first customer service rep I spoke to couldn't find it! It took another call and speaking to a customer service rep who knew how to do her job of locating a missing package, and then another three days for it to actually arrive.

Firstly, the days I said was right numbered by the day of the shippment(not order) to the day I wrote here, and only business days. It hasn't arrived yet, but a expedited replacement shipment is on its way, so I'm waiting again. VintagerieEphemera I am sure that this is what's happened to mine, I think that the local post office lost my package. So, that's all and thank you all very much for your answers.
