I complained at this forum about a t-shirt arriving in what I considered a very small size for a women XL fitted tee. I couldn't immediately find the means to report the problem, so I came here and cut loose. Got a very helpful reply immediately, and went from there.

Already, my money has been refunded to my account in full (postage both ways is the risk a customer has to take...). I simply returned the shirt with a note, asking not for a replacement, but a refund, and in less than a week, it was over. Also, the people whom I contacted were immensely couretesous, and responded very fast to all of this.

I recommend Zazzle, very nice place, good shopping experience. Anyone who runs across my rant from last week should discount it, bcause that's all over now.

Thanks!

I remember you and I'm SO glad to hear that you were able to return the product with no problems. I've also had to return an item (for the same reason as you) and was also treated courteously and given great customer service with a quick refund. Glad your shopping experience ended well and hope you will shop Zazzle again despite the problem.

Great, that's good to hear! Alot of designers always put a note on the women's shirts saying order up or order the men's classic.
Again ZAZZLE we need normal women's sizes. Not the teeny tiny jr sizes.
