Not sure if this was ever asked but it would be great if I could put the same product in more than one of my own store categories. Right now I have a cat design split between the animal and Halloween categories.

If you have the same cat, but without a Halloween theme, just keep it under Animals or whatever you have.

The thing about that is it is cat that fits under both categories. I do have sub categories like that but this one is a cat with red eyes that fits under either. I actually have an entire shop dedicated to Halloween only so that makes things easy but I am just thinking it would be a good idea. That way there would be no extras showing to clog up the market place. If some code is written to just show categories in individual shops which I am sure it is. I joined a photo share site, not sure which one it is but you have the ability to put photos under more than one category and that blew me away because there are many time that I have a heck of a time choosing just one.
What I do with my Halloween stuff is put a link to the shop under the holiday> Halloween category to my Halloween shop. You just gave me an idea. I could put links under the category to each different category in that shop. I know a lot of people won't look further if they have to click on a general link. Lately it seems like no one even comes to my shop anyway because my sales have died

I'm glad you came up with a solution, and it's nice to know that I was of a little help. Good luck!

Some time ago (more than a year ago?) there was a development in the Zazzle pipeline announced somewhere (can't recall where) that would have meant that at product creation time we could designate a _second_ store category into which a product could be placed (placing for example our Halloween cat product into our 'Halloween' and our 'Cat' categories, presumably avoiding duplication of product). That development seems to have gone very quiet. There is some archeological evidence that the idea was explored for occasionally I have seen references to 'Store Category 1' in the 'Post For Sale' process which might suggest that Store Category 2 might have been entertained as an option at some stage. Just wondering if that development idea is still on the cards at some stage in the future as it would be helpful (and avoid product duplication in multiple store categories).

I agree this would be great...but with all the new grouping changes it might not show up anyways. Frustrating. But something I'd still like to see in the future regardless.
