On the order page for all products, can we please have a BIGGER bolder 'Customize' button, to make it clearer to buyers that they CAN actually add to or change the design.

At the moment it's small and gets lost in all the clutter.

And... maybe...

Right next to it another button (with a popup) that says 'How?'

Idea

Man, I agree! I've had friends ask me to make changes for them on certain t-shirts because they don't like a certain style or color. I keep telling them that they can do it themselves yadayadayada. It would be even better if Zazzle took a page from CP and allowed us designers to put our designs on multiple products all at once.

it doesn't take a lot of time to create items here at Zazzle once you get used to the design tools. I spend just as much time at CP because while I can put the design on all the chosed products at once, I then have to go and and adjust the size for the buttons and magnets, change the orientation for the mugs etc etc.

Also, since our customers can choose whatever shirt they want, it isn't necessary to put the design on every shirt like on CP.

Try keeping your title and tags in a notepad while you are creating, and then it goes much faster.

As for the Customize button - I agree. Back a few upgrades ago, the customize button was more obvious.

I absolutely agree. I am new to Zazzle and it didn't look very obvious to me either that I could customise stuff...

Agreed!

I'm sure many people turn back / away because they just don't realize that they can do changes themselves or don't know how.

I couldn't agree more. CP is no quicker with the way they have it set up. It takes just as long or longer. I prefer Zazzle's method. When you upload one design at CP on all products, it doesn't mean it looks good or even fits the dimensions on all products. So you end up having to make separate designs anyway.

I also agree that Zazzle could call more attention to the "customize" button.

Great suggestion! I always wonder how many customers are a bit afraid they will mess something up when trying to customize or just can't find that button!

Agreed...consider how long it takes some of us, less computer savy folks to learn to use the place...and then consider how the customer feels...they need it as simple as possible and to stand out and be obvious.
