I was astounded to receive the following error message when trying to use an em-dash:
"Your text contains the following unsupported characters...
(em-dash)
Please remove these characters before proceeding."
Hard to believe this site limits text entry to Latin-1 characters, when Unicode has been the standard recommended for the world wide web since 1997.
Time to upgrade to "... charset=utf-8" so customers can use all the characters available in Zazzle's font collection.

...and while you're at it, why not bold, underline, and italics (assuming the font can support the option, that is)?

hi nichola,
we're working on a utf-8 project now. it's scope is fairly broad, so we haven't set a completion date as of yet.
