I have been working on my disigns & photos for hours and have been trying to upload them, sometimes it work and then not, One time it upload a design I saw the image then it went away. What's going on ?  I use the Zazzle Upload, then I just use the image upload in my zazzle page nothing. Help!!

You're not alone, same thing here. Images failing to upload left and right. Someone is asleep at the switch at Zazzle.

Zazzle messed up the images on some of my products recently. They cut off the shadows on my airplane images. When I re-upload it from my stored images on Zazzle, it does exactly the same, but when I re-upload the same image from my computer, it displays correctly on the shirt.

I see now my problem might be unrelated to yours. The reason for my problem now seems that all of a sudden, Zazzle doesn't support the parts anymore that were transparant in my original svg file before conversion to png. It seems to be part of some changes they made very recently. I'll probably have to re-upload everything. Maybe your upload problems were caused by Zazzle working on the site making the changes, which caused bugs & malfunctioning.
