I rendered an image at 1400 X 1000 at 200 DPI and was not allowed to create a puzzle product. What should the dimensions be? There is no guidline and no info in help.

You can work it out from the description on the Custom Puzzles page. The puzzle sizes are 8" x 10" and 10" x 14", so at 200 ppi you would need a minimum of 1600px x 2000px for the smaller one and 2000px x 28000px for the larger one.
Your 1400 x 1000 image at 200 ppi would only be equivalent to 7" x 5".
