Help!

The lock aspect ratio function is not working in the posters, photographic prints, and stretched canvases.

When I try to set it I get a message telling me it isn't a valid option and that they have reverted my selection to "All options".
I have tried to lock the ratio using 2 different methods and neither work.

Also posters created previously with locked aspect ratios have reverted to "All options".

Same is true for photographic prints and stretched canvases.

Are others having the same problems?

Any word on when the glitch will be fixed?

I am holding off on posting any more work until this is fixed.

I'm encountering the same problem today. I'm new to Zazzle and thought that it might have been that I'd started uploading some rather large .png files for posters (35" x 50"ish @ 300 ppi). Sure hope this is fixed soon!

It's not related to the size of your upload. I am experiencing the problem on a variety of sizes and products. Some were already uploaded and in my private products section while others were public products I wanted to edit.

This is an across the board problem involving all products where you can lock the aspect ratio.

I contacted support and they responded that they were aware of the problem and were working on resolving it. They were unable to give an estimate on how long it will take to fix this.

Like you I hope it will be fixed shortly since I am "on hold" with everything pending the solution to this. I've been working on Zazzle for years and similar things have happened in the past. While patience is often hard, in the end they will get it right.
