I am having an unusual problem with my current ai file uploads. They are not translating properly when I use them on Zazzle product, primarily on the inside of envelopes, though it still happens on the outside as well, but with much less intensity.

Here is a screen shot of how Zazzle displays it on the web site when I create a product. Please note that this file is a vector file with only the pink image visible, the background is transparent, though I do have some similar problems with non-transparent ai files, just not as severe a distortion:

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

I will give it a try. When I save the same file I show above with a white vector background, it does work very well. So this makes sense.

I just can not figure out why it is doing it.

I think that,when you upload an ai. file,that same file is converted to png. format when it is uploaded to zazzle and it may lose some quality and change the colours type (RGB or CMYK)which would explain the difference in your image.
I think instead of you upload the ai. file you could try to convert the ai. file to png. by yourself then upload to zazzle.
