products published says email, but are no shows in searh results some for well over 36 hours now. This seems to be a once a month problem. Anyone else having trouble.

I'm having trouble with some of the products showing up as published and some not, even random ones from between so it is not chronological. Also, when I change the view from 'newest' to 'A to Z' or similar, my products keep disappearing/reappearing. Hope it's just a glitch...

Since they did the last service my shop can not be updated any more. New products do not appear not in the shop neither in the marketplace, only in my personal products list. I tried to contact them by eMail but the answer was only, they gave it to their technicians. They also said it is normal that on international pages (german in my case) it thakes some time. But more than 2 weeks?? In the beginning (before the service) an update took only up to 24 h as described. I'm starting to become angry...

Products I did yesterday are in my account products page, but are not showing up on the front of/in the actual store. I have noticed the design and published time gap increasing of late, but this is over 24 hours now. Anyone else?

Steve. Ahhhh. Glad it's not just me... Tad frustrating, since I promote as soon as I finish the design - but then they're not showing in the store front. Seems odd. :-/ Thanks, Steve. Let's hope things turn up.

Ours too. We're confident that eventually the new products will show up where they are suppose to be. If not, well.... We'll worry about that later. lol

you might want to check if products that were published a few days ago are still there and not dissapearing from zazzle search, that seems to be happening too.
