I created a postcard today and when I added my image to the front, the stamp area, Zazzle logo and the vertical line on the back disappeared. I checked other people's postcards and the stuff on the back of their cards was there. Has anyone else had this problem or did I do something wrong? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Okay, so I'm not the only one. I hope the admins are aware of the problem. I really want to add postcards to my gallery, but I plan to wait until the problem is fixed. I'm thinking that there's a bug somewhere causing this.

I was making postcards last night and one of them automatically came up with the info on the back, but three others are blank. Trying to remake those ones right now, and they're still coming up blank.
Not sure what's going on, but I'm getting frustrated...

oh shoot i meant to reply to this thread again. i tried something different when i made another - i usually add a photo via the box that comes up automatically when i go to 'create a postcard.' so instead, i closed that and did my editing to the back side first. then i went to the front and added my image last. that seemed to work. (sheesh - i feel like i'm coding a webpage for ie, looking for loopholes like this)
