Hello, i've recently noticed that my posters for sale also have a choice in the media options for matte canvas and gloss canvas. I also created canvas prints of the same images which offer basic poster as a media option. Should I have just created only the poster for sale being that it already offers the canvas media option? Thanks for any help.

Yes. (If I understand correctly.) When you offer an image for prints, all those options apply. You do not need to post your image on multiple versions of the product. It would do you well to gently remind your visitors that they can change the paper/canvass to their own liking. Hope it helps.
