I've seen some lined stationery in the marketplace and on some recipe cards as well. I was wondering what the trick is to get the lines? Call me clueless but I can't quite figure it out.

Create them in Photoshop or Illustrator or whatever design software you use and upload your own custom lines as an image.

For mine (here) I played around with the font styles until I found an underscore that looked like a solid line. Granted the above suggestion might be easier in the long run.
