I got the email about the new iphone 5 cases. This may be a dumb question, but are the cases supposed to show up in our products? I thought the email said they were created automatically and to check to make sure they are right, but I don't see them anywhere. Maybe it takes time to get them up for everyone? I was kind of hoping they would be up for the sale today. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! zazzle.com/designsfromscratch

Thanks for the post. The process is still underway and will take several days to complete. We would estimate that by Sunday evening on the West Coast, the process will be finalized.

Is anyone else getting a processing error when they try to create an iPhone 5 case?

Nope, no processing errors. Did you guys find out they would migrate images from the iPhn 4 by an e-mail? I just checked; no e-mail for me. Darn, I've spent the better part of a day transferring images to the iPhone 5.

lol....but now I will have to go back and sort out all the duplicates once they come across. Oh well, it's only time, right?  I'm hoping everyone will do very well with these cases, especially in time for Christmas.

So I started receiving emails about phone cases being created, but hey are NOT iPhone 5 cases they are Galaxy Siii cases. Should I be concerned?

Hi Scott...yes I had two show up this morning, one was an iPhone5 case, and one was the Siii, but I wouldn't be concerned it must be part of the plan, right? (I still don't have a 'smart phone' so it's all Greek to me!) I had to tweak the Siii case as it had text cut off, and I noticed there was a mistake in the description that I'd made earlier so that was good I caught it! I also had to lower the price as it seemed high...had it at 14.9% for the previous case, now lowered it to 10% as I don't sell many cases as it is. The other case which was a pattern was perfect (except for the royalty which I again lowered). So I had to re-post the Siii for sale again, and I got a message that said it would take up to 24 hours to see it as usual, but this time in a little box pop up. I like this idea of transferring things, so much better than the old way...even with the tweaking!  Thanks Zazzle for all your hard work behind the scenes!

I'm so glad that the iPhone 5 and galaxy s3's are being transferred over! I agree, even with the minor editing it's still A LOT easier than creating them all! Mine started showing up today. A lot of the artwork needs to be adjusted, but oh well! Guess I know what I'll be doing this weekend Good luck everyone

Is anyone else having multiples of a particular design produced and added to your products on the iphone 5? It isn't happening to me on the Samsung phones but on the iphone 5's... some of my designs have duplicates, triplets and I have even found a few quadruplet copies in my products that I have to go in and delete because I don't want multiples of the same product with the same design.
Is this a glitch? If so, I am hoping it gets fixed soon.

Thank you, but what is the correct size I should design my images for the iPhone 5, so they work with Zazzle?? I've tried using the Zazzle's design guidelines for the iPhone 4, but it won't cover the entire iPhone 5 case... I thought I had only put my designs on the original iPhone 4 case (by speck) and then one by casemate but who knows. I can't keep up and probably somewhere along the line I may have gotten flustered lol. I'll probably let it do its thing with the cases for about a week to get all the bugs out and if the duplicates haven't disappeared, I'll delete them. Thanks

Some of mine have started to show up, but the images are fuzzy.
Is that going to clear up eventually?
And some have no image at all.

Haven't had any auto-iPhone updates yet [just Samsung G3's]. Can anyone else in the UK see the option to create iPhone 5 Cases manually yet, cos I can't see it anywhere?

The new phone cases the Zazzle is "creating for me" don't fit the designs well. They need to be moved around and/or made smaller, because the text on the images is being cut off by the camera space on the case. I can't find a way to edit this without deleting the product and making it from scratch. Can anyone tell me where to look to edit and re-post the products?
