I have just noticed that if you set the size of your poster so that the customer can't change it there is no indication of the size of the poster on the product page! The customer has absolutely no idea what size the poster will be!! I can't edit it. The only way around it that I can see is to delete all my posters and start again - and if I want the size to be set I must put the size in the product description.

I see what you mean! You could still edit the product description though, couldn't you? I love that rose : )

Ok, this just goes to show how tired and frazzled I am - it just didn't even cross my mind that I could do that!! Thanks Ruralfrance!! Ok, so now I need to go and change the product description for all my posters - luckily it's quite a new store and I don't have that many yet. I'm setting the print size on all my new posters now as I think it's just a tad too complicated and open to error if customers make changes to the size - especially if it's a custom size. Thanks again Ruralfrance P.S. I live in rural Spain

@Gorgeously_Gothic, Wouldn't it be better to restrict the aspect ratio rather than the size?, then the customer can still choose a different size without spoiling the composition.

Oh dear - that learning curve again!, if you change to 'This aspect ratio only' won't it then give you the size?...try it out on one.

Steve. Ooooooh, now that's a good idea Steve. I'll give it a try later - I've just got myself caught up in a frantic last minute production of Mother's Day stuff for a couple of my stores right now and can't seem to break away from it!! Ugghhhh, Zazzle is soooo addictive - I guess one day there will be a 12 Step program for us . . . . Step One - I am powerless over Zazzle, and my life has become unmanageable

Its worse than the pokies, albeit we do have a choice, not to press the button, immediately, though sometimes I think the pokies could result in a better income. Our creative side would suffer heeps though. If we all, eg.,myself especially, expertise to promote ourselves, not easy when one is well over 60!! To be able use all of the tools available to us on Zazzle Wow!!, then I could show my software engineer son that Mum has the capability to adapt to to this technology "Oh well you just do this!! and this!!Husband retired from work today. No worries I can help with more income...Zazzle ,dont think so!! I will show him. I Would love, love, love, Zazzlers to check out my store, and all referrals very welcome...Jilly Zazzle.com.au/orientcourt
