Hi,
Just wondering how I can set up a product so that it's Title, Subtitle, Description, tags - everything - is reused when making new products of the same image?

So the fields are pre-populated to save re-typing the info.

Thanks in advance! Happy

In this case quick create can be helpful. I usually write text and keywords in a text editor like notepad and cut and paste it later. This may also be an idea for you.

This seems to work:

1. Create the products & fill out anything for the required info.

2. Go to your products page.

3. Select the products.

4. Edit the fields that you want to be the same.

Descriptions will be applied to all selected products.
For tags, you can add new tags, but tags already set won't be repeated.

When you have finished creating a single item you "Post it" and fill out all the name/description/percentage/section info. When finished you post it for sale. On the next page that comes up (near the bottom, below the flash panel) you click on 'see my product' and NOT 'create another whatever' (hope I remember the exact words), it will bring up the "sales" page for the product you just created. Click on the 'Customize' button and replace/add images, change backgrounds, change style of mug/t-shirt, etc. When that is done, that page you filled out with all the info comes up again and you can change the name or whatever as it all is there for the item you used as your own 'template' (the percentage will always show as your default - so if you want to change it - you need to do it on every item). This works really well for me - it only works with like items (all tees, all mugs, etc).

Otherwise I use the Notepad idea for quick cut-n-paste when jumping into a new section of like items.
