How do you tell if an image will be printed blurry or pixelated?

Hi all!
Please tell me how to tell if an image is too blurry...
Do you all upload two sizes of each thing, a bigger and smaller one, to assure quality ?

I generally can use one image for most everything, because I make all of my images very big.
