Question,How do you make the blur effect look for your design when designing for paper related products?Notepads,Notebook,letterhead,etc. Where your design covers the whole page,but has a blur effect and you can write on it and see your writing.Thanks for any info!

I have a special "overlay" image that I put on top of it. It's basically a white image that is partly transparent. It helps the main image not show up so strongly.

I use Paint Shop Pro 8 and in the "view" pallet there is a thing called layers in the menues . This allows me to adjust any layer to what ever tranperancy I desire
