Could you clarify what you mean? I see only 3 products of yours on Zazzle, so what is your website url?
If you are talking about your image sets, then the image is already on Zazzle and ready to be used. I do not think you can download them once they are in you r image area.
If you are referring to another website, let us know the url and the size of the picture in question.

Do you mean uploading rather than downloading? I found that whilst I could upload an image that was 7mb in size, two others over 7mb (one was about 8 something I think, the other 11mb) couldn't be uploaded. It took awhile then finally just quit and had only uploaded the smallest file. Same with the Zazzle Uploader which you can find here: Zazzle Uploader threadThe Uploader software simply errored out after awhile. I recommend using the Uploader software if you can, as it gives you more of a display as to what is happening when uploading. I don't know if there is some kind of filesize limit here, only Zazzle can answer that and it may be in the image guidelines somewhere.

I have uploaded individual files in well in excess of 11MB without a problem. I forget the exact size, bit it was at least 50 or 100 MB, and maybe larger. If you have a PNG image for the largest poster size here, it is going to be a huge file.

Thanks ZephyrusBooks, guess there must be something wrong in my image files then. The one that went through fine was saved the same in the same software but there must be something different somehow, odd. I'll tweak settings etc. and make some tests at a later date.
Thanks for your insight.

It could be a sporadic connection issue, too. I have had uploads abort for various reason that then go through at a later time. My connection is fairly fast (DSL through antiquated copper), but not the top of the line.

I will make a suggestion that I have mentioned before.
If you are using Photoshop, make sure you didn't accidentally save it as a .psd file. Even if you put the .jpg or .png in the title, you have to make sure you changed it at the bottom of the save window.
If you don't you will just keep waiting. There is never a error window.

Sometimes when I get that problem .. I change the title of the file .. not the type .. just the title ..and it seems to upload ok after that .. but like gerbilgoods said the up loaders cool ..I use it for very large files or multiple files zazzle up loader .. if you're using a pc its ideal ( doesn't work on a mac .. yet )

Hi Gerbilgoods, Yes i did mean uploading the picture from my pc to zazzle. I will read the zazzle uploader thread. As you can see from my website the imagination 'face' picture is quite complex so maybe i should wait longer for the upload to work.
