It should be fine for a personal purchase, even if you were to offer it for sale it should just be a case of giving the design / products the relevant rating (PG-13 or R?).
The only problem I can see is if the aforementioned 'appendages' belonged to some celebrity or other and could be recognised as such.

LOL Hmmm...identifying appendages. I guess that depends if anyone lays claim to them or not!

Yes Rural, this raises all sorts of questions; images of politicians are fair game, right? - now, what if the images are of a politician's 'accessories'...and where could we get such images?
Now there's a niche store idea!

Steve.

EDIT: I do apologise MissAnne, but I suppose you already realised that your post might have a strange effect on some of us..well, one of us anyway!

I think you may need to make sure the image(s) of the 'thingies' are artistic in nature then - although I've seen nudity here on Zazzle which personally I wouldn't call 'Artistic', although on the other hand I've yet to see anything here I would call pornographic or obscene (in terms of imagery at least).
This of course also raises the question of who judges the work as to whether it is artistic or not, and as a fail-safe there is always the content filter, not to mention the fact that the OP appears to be talking of making a product to purchase personally and not to put on general sale.

Laughing at your comment to Steve, Marian. Laughing

Museums are full of nudity since art throughout the ages has nude figures. I've done a lot of life drawing, myself. It changes the brain and attitudes towards nudity. I made a mug of goddess figures and ordered it. At home, my husband called it my naked lady mug which 'shocked' me cuz I hadn't thought of it that way. Laughing

Just remember to put an R rating on products that have artistic nudity or your product will get reported.
