I see in the forums, especially in wedding related products, where a designer gets an email from a prospective customer who wants certain tweaks to a design. never had one.

The provided Zazzle link to contact the designer is "Send Message". Send message to who? It is the last link on the sidebar, so I guess rarely seen or understood.

Is there a way to increase the prominence of this link to make it easier for prospective customers to get in touch with you? Some thoughts are that it must be more descriptive. Indicate who they are contacting and perhaps why. So I guess I am wondering of there is a way to change the text for this link. Next, I would like to move upward, even to the first reveal.

Another option might be to subscribe to a third party email form provider and incorporate links to the form.

Any thoughts for increasing prospective customer contact?
