[color=black]I hope someone can help me on this or have some

cause I have emailed Zazzle and the reply I got more less said I needed to do this and that to my computer and it has nothing to do with my computer.. I sent another email to them but haven't heard back from them yet so thought I would see if anyone on here could give me some help..

Here is what's happen for some reason I have lost my Product Types that were down the side of my page and I haven't done anything to lose them and I can't get my About,Favorites,Fan Club,Favorite Stores, Promote This Store, Buy Gift Certificate,Manage My Store, Send to a Friend, Send Message or Invite-a-Fan back at the top where they were before not sure what happen but those things got all messed up. So any help on how to get those things back to where they should be I sure would be happy

cause I'm starting to look like this

It's not you and it's not your computer... it's Zazzle's new layout for the sidebar. They made some changes recently and one was splitting your username from the 'about, message, certificate' list in the side bar and positioning them as they are in your store.

Have you clicked a link which said something like 'accept new changes'? Can't remember what page it was on but we had to do this a while ago. If not, it might be that Zazzle have pushed it through and applied it to all store who haven't accepted yet. A side effect of these new changes is that you lose the products type list from the sidebar.

Unless you are willing to delve in to the realms of advanced customization then you can't put it back to how it was.

Hi Lisa,

I'm so sorry for not getting back to this sooner but couldn't find my post and I have been really busy.. Thanks so much for letting me know it wasn't my computer...

I don't like there knew set up at all cause I really liked the Product Types down the side of my page cause it made it easy for people to find what they are looking for..And I have had people email me and asked what happen to the Product Types cause they were able to click on either t-shirts,mugs, mousepads,stamps and so on and not have to go through every page to find just the item there looking for... A couple people said they wouldn't be back unless I get my page back to how it was with the Product Types listed.. So wish Zazzle would go back to how it was or have it where people have a choose to have the Product Types or not...

I don't remember clicking on a link to change anything so guess Zazzle did it for me...

Now you say unless I'm willing to go into the advanced customization that I couldn't put it back to how I had it... Now if I click on the "Advanced Store Customization Beta!" will that let me have my Product Types back down the side of my page? And if I don't like the "Advanced Store Customization Beta!" can I get out of that set up or not after you click on it?

I'm still learning all these new things Zazzle keeps adding and some of them I don't understand...

Well thanks so much for your help and hope you don't mind me asking all this stuff...

You can create your own list of categories and then add it as links to the side nav.

Go to Manage My Store and just click on Add New Category, a link at the top of the page. Once you've created the categories you want, you put your products into these categories (on the same page). It's pretty easy to do!

Then, to add the links to your side nav, you just add one line of XML in your advanced settings. If you get that far, let me know and I'll explain where and what that line should say.
